Baby LifeCheck is an online NHS service designed for parents and carers of babies 5-8 months. The site is interactive and your results are available immediately. The LifeCheck is totally confidential and nobody can see your answers or feedback, but if you wish you could share the information the LifeCheck has given you with your health visitor of GP. The topics included on the site are: - playing and learning, keeping your baby safe, teething, sleeping, feeding, immunisations and becoming a parent. Teen LifeCheck

The Teen LifeCheck is designed for 12-15 year olds and covers topics such as diet and exercise, sex and relationships, smoking/drugs, emotional health, personal feelings, crime and safety. It's a place for teenagers to check our thier life and see how they're getting on. It's completely private and confidential. MidLifeCheck

NHS MidLifeCheck is an online health assessment for people aged 40+. It focuses on factors including smoking, healthy eating, alcohol use, physical activity and emotional wellbeing. NHS MidLifeCheck analyses the information people provide and then presents them with detailed feedback. The service identifies causes for concern and helps people plan for lifestyle change, giving ideas, information and support. Users can set personal goals and request helpful reminders.
